Maybe you feel like there’s something missing in your life, but you’re not sure what it is.

Move
Well, I’ve got some good news for you: there’s a whole world of possibilities out there, just waiting for you to discover them!
Many of them are actually within.
That feeling of stuck is more literal than you may realize. Oversimplifying, you're stuck because you aren’t moving. So, start moving.
Something easy is to change your scenery, then environment, and you will find your mindset being to change more easily.
- Find a park to sit, think, and people watch.
- When you get home, start to tidy. If you are a product of your environment, what does your room say about you?
- Read. Learn to read again. Find a good list of books or just ask everyone for a book recommendation.
Labels
Now, take a look at your current labels. And add in your current responsibilities and obligations.
- What roles do you currently occupy in your life?
- What and/or who are you responsible for?
- What obligations have you pick up?
Write them all down and take a moment to think about what each of these labels means to you.
Mine are: Husband, father, son, colleague, employee, writer, athlete, entrepreneur, coach, consultant, hype-man to my friends…
This list is for you. So, don’t worry about it if other don’t not see you like you see yourself. an example for me, many people won’t see me as an athele and for this journey that is quite ok.
Dig
Once you’ve done that, it’s time to dig a little deeper.
- What are your major interests and hobbies?
- What could you talk about for hours without getting bored?
- Maybe you love video games, or cooking, or hiking, or reading. Whatever it is, write it down and keep going.
